Tired boy student We believe it does. If you are a student or a parent of a student the importance of a good night’s sleep before a school day is extremely important. It is known that without a restful night sleep we can not focus or pay attention as well. If you or your child is tossing and turning all night and not waking feeling refreshed a new mattress could make an academic difference. It is important that you choose the right kind of mattress for how you or your child sleeps.

Memory Foam mattresses are extremely popular right now and provide a much better support than standard mattresses. Many memory Foam mattress models are gel-infused which provide you with a cooler sleeping surface. We have seen neck pain, back pain, and leg pain drastically reduced with memory foam mattress purchased by our customers.

Adjustable Beds are great for any situation and are often seen as a luxury item. If you or your child have allergies or illness that result from sinus issues an adjustable bed could be a great fit. Adjustable mattresses allow for the head to be elevated allowing drainage and just a better night’s sleep. It allows you to adjust the elevation easier than stacking up pillows and using risers.

Whichever type of mattress type you choose make sure you lay on the mattress in the store in the same position that you sleep for at least 15 minutes to an hour. This will give you a better idea if the mattress is for you or not.
